Order & Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days after purchase. Our engraved jewelry, custom-designed jewelry, resized jewelry, and other items are non-refundable. We do not accept damaged or scratched jewelry as returns, nor do we accept jewelry returned without the original paperwork and packing. It is simple to return your The Golden Cascade order. Just return your online purchase by mail within 30 days of receiving it.

The jewelry must be in good condition and include all original certifications and accessories. Customized jewellery, special order watches, class rings, and engraved products are not returnable or exchangeable.

Cancellations

1. Original purchasers with original sales receipts receive cash refunds.
2. Charge credits are provided to the original purchaser on the account charged for the item.
3. Returns of gifts with receipts can only be exchanged or converted to gift cards.
4. Without a receipt, all returns can only be replaced or converted to a gift card at the current price, less any current promotional discount.
5. Please make an unboxing video after receiving the product. Your product will not be returnable without an unboxing video.
6. If a wrong order has been placed by your side, then only replacement will be possible within two days of receipt of the product, in which the shipping charges will be yours.
7. There is a difference between the size of metal bangles and the size of glass bangles.
8. Before ordering bangles, please check your bangles size in the bangles chart or video before ordering.
9. Take special care of the size and color of the product whenever you order it.
