Each Seller charges a different delivery charge. With low-value products, sellers suffer substantially greater transportation charges. In such circumstances, charging a small delivery fee assists businesses in offsetting logistical expenses. Please review your order summary to understand specific product shipping prices. The Seller or one of our courier partners will be on holiday between the day you made your purchase and the delivery date, based on the timescales displayed on the product page.

We add a day to the projected date in this situation. Several courier partners and Sellers only work on Sundays, which is considered when calculating delivery dates. Sellers often get and dispatch things within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. The following factors determine the estimated delivery time:

• The Seller's product availability.

• The location of the Seller and the place to which you wish the order sent.

When you purchase at The Golden Cascade, there are NO hidden fees. The listed rates are final and all-inclusive. The price displayed on the product page is the actual price you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden fees; they are imposed (if at all) under the Seller's shipping policy.
