3. How can I cancel my order?

Important: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Order (available only before shipping).
  5. You will receive a confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.
