Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket (International Shipping Services) along with its courier network.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 business days depending on destination.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

 

 

Payment Policy

  • We accept 100% prepaid orders only for all international shipments.
  • Payment can be made via:
  1. Debit/Credit Cards
  2. International payment gateways available at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for international orders.


Currency & Pricing

All product prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) as per Shopify’s standard store configuration.

However, for international customers:

  1. Prices are automatically converted into your local currency based on your location.
  2. The final amount will be charged in your selected/local currency at checkout.

Please note:

  • Currency conversion rates may vary slightly depending on real-time exchange rates and payment provider charges.
  • Your bank or payment provider may apply additional foreign transaction fees.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.
  • However, you may request size changes before dispatch by contacting us.

 


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • We strongly recommend checking product details, sizing, and specifications before placing your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:
