Return Policy
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect (in terms of color or item), you are eligible to request a return, provided the error is from our side. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return. Please ensure you record a clear video while opening the package. Return requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. No return requests will be accepted after 48 hours under any circumstances. Please make sure to check the product immediately upon delivery and share the required video within the given time frame so we can resolve the issue promptly.
2. Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer:
If a customer places an incorrect order (e.g., wrong size, color, or product selection), the request will be accepted only as a replacement, not as a return or refund.
The replacement request must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Requests submitted after this time frame will not be entertained under any circumstances.
In such cases, the customer is required to pay a ₹200 reverse shipping fee, which includes both return and re-shipping charges.
The product being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A proper unboxing video may be requested as proof to process the replacement.
3. Bangle Size Advisory:
Please note that the sizing of metal bangles differs from that of glass bangles. We request customers to carefully check size charts and details before placing an order.
